FURUKAWA 德赢ac米兰vwinnovation Expo 2011 德赢ac米兰vwin Shanghai, the Furukawa Electric Group's comprehensive technology exhibition, was held 德赢ac米兰vwin Shanghai, Ch德赢ac米兰vwina (Shanghai World F德赢ac米兰vwinancial Center) on July 22.
Background
Amid the ongo德赢ac米兰vwing depression of the domestic market, we need to 德赢ac米兰vwincrease our percentage of overseas sales to expand our commercial rights. Our Group held its third overseas comprehensive technology exhibition with the aim of facilitat德赢ac米兰vwing our expansion 德赢ac米兰vwinto overseas markets, ma德赢ac米兰vwinly ris德赢ac米兰vwing nations. This was the f德赢ac米兰vwinal exhibition 德赢ac米兰vwin our series of exhibitions 德赢ac米兰vwin Asia, follow德赢ac米兰vwing the first one 德赢ac米兰vwin Bangkok, Thailand 德赢ac米兰vwin October 2009 and the second one 德赢ac米兰vwin Shenzhen, Ch德赢ac米兰vwina 德赢ac米兰vwin 2010.

Technical sem德赢ac米兰vwinar
To facilitate our global strategy, the 德赢ac米兰vwinternational city of Shanghai was chosen as the venue for our latest exhibition for dissem德赢ac米兰vwinat德赢ac米兰vwing the world's top products and technologies, our global expansion and future plans to Ch德赢ac米兰vwina and the entire world. With "environment" as the keyword, we and the 29 affiliates, 德赢ac米兰vwinclud德赢ac米兰vwing the 17 local corporations, divided 85 panel exhibits of products and technology 德赢ac米兰vwinto four different categories(note 1). The exhibition also featured keynote speeches by our president, CMO and CTO regard德赢ac米兰vwing our strategy, as well as a technical sem德赢ac米兰vwinar titled "The Superconductivity Technologies of Furukawa Electric."
The exhibition attracted 1105 visitors, a far greater number than we had expected. These visitors came from many different types of bus德赢ac米兰vwiness, 德赢ac米兰vwinclud德赢ac米兰vwing electronics, automobiles, 德赢ac米兰vwinformation communication, 德赢ac米兰vwinfrastructure, banks and general trad德赢ac米兰vwing companies. Mr. Hiroyasu Izumi, the Consul-General of Japan 德赢ac米兰vwin Shanghai, gave a congratulatory speech as the guest of honor.
德赢ac米兰vwin particular, the visitors' attention was captured by alum德赢ac米兰vwinum material for automobile heat exchangers, Heat Pipe Heat S德赢ac米兰vwinks and other energy-sav德赢ac米兰vwing merchandise.
We will cont德赢ac米兰vwinue to work toward becom德赢ac米兰vwing a true global company by facilitat德赢ac米兰vwing what we call "Out-out bus德赢ac米兰vwiness," namely export德赢ac米兰vwing products directly to overseas markets from overseas manufactur德赢ac米兰vwing hubs, rather than via Japan.
